and in building the future of how people gather.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nBuild and scale AI systems that automate our event-planning workflow end-to-end\nDevelop and scale AI agents for auto-emailing, calling, web scraping, and deep research\nImprove accuracy and reduce hallucinations across our LLM-powered features\nDesign and implement scalable AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks and tools\nWork with real customer data to identify automation opportunities and validate AI solutions\nBuild evaluation systems to measure and improve AI performance over time\nPartner closely with product and ops teams to understand pain points and ship AI features that matter\nShape our AI/ML architecture and practices from the ground up\nWhat you’ll bring:\nExperience building and deploying AI / LLM systems in production\nStrong proficiency in Python and modern AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)\nDeep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and techniques to improve LLM accuracy\nExperience with AI agents, tool calling, and autonomous systems\nComfort with full-stack development and shipping features end-to-end\nA bias toward action-you like moving fast, experimenting, and iterating based on real-world results\nExcitement about pushing the boundaries of what AI can automate in complex workflows\nBonus Points\nExperience building AI web agents or browser automation systems\nZero-to-one AI product development experience\nFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks and AI observability tools\nPublished research or contributions to open-source AI projects\nWhy Nowadays?\nCompensation & Benefits\nWorking Times: US (PST) Hours\nMust be based in San Francisco\n$130K-$170K\n0.5% -
