and in building the future of how people gather.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn and evolve our entire design system, setting the foundation for all future designers\nBuild and maintain our brand identity, from visual language to tone and voice\nDesign polished, intuitive interfaces in Figma that engineers can build quickly and confidently\nCreate marketing materials, graphics, and visual assets that help close enterprise deals\nConduct user research and usability testing to validate designs before shipping\nPartner closely with product and engineering to shape what we build and how we build it\nThink deeply about enterprise design -what makes software feel polished, trustworthy, and scalable\nHelp us avoid design debt by building the right foundations early\nWhat you’ll bring:\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work\nDeep expertise in Figma and modern design tools\nExperience building or contributing to design systems\nStrong product thinking -balancing user needs with business goals\nObsession with details, polish, and delightful user experiences\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment and iterating quickly\nExcitement about owning design and building from day one\nBonus Points\nExperience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products\nBackground in branding, brand identity, or marketing design\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing\nZero-to-one startup design experience\n\nFamiliarity with design systems like Material Design, Tailwind, or custom systems\nExperience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints\nWhy Nowadays?\nCompensation & Benefits\nWorking Times: US (PST) Hours\nMust be based in San Francisco\n$100K-$150K\n0.25% -
