The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Workato, API development, event-driven integrations, real-time workflows, troubleshooting, and integration architecture.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable integrations using Workato.\n\n- Build complex APIs, event-driven workflows, and real-time integrations.\n\n- Own integration solutions from design and development through deployment and production support.\n\n- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.\n\n- Improve integration performance, scalability, reliability, and error handling.\n\n- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.\n\n- Ensure integration security, governance, and adherence to technical standards.\n\n- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers.\n\n- Drive delivery excellence through technical ownership and accountability.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Workato and enterprise integrations.\n\n- Experience in API development and API-based integrations.\n\n- Expertise in event-driven and real-time integration workflows.\n\n- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\n\n- Knowledge of integration architecture, security, and governance.\n\n- Experience in production support and performance optimization.\n\n- Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nMandatory Requirements :\n\n- PF: Yes\n\n- Background Verification (BGV): Yes\n\n- UAN number is mandatory when submitting candidate profiles.\n\n- Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office 2 - 3 days per week in Hyderabad or Bangalore.\n\n- Candidates must be comfortable attending a face-to-face (F2F) interview.\n\nInterview Process :\n\n- First round: Prowess - 1 round\n\n- Client interview: 1 -
