Start your journey today and join our skilled team.\nNox Group of Companies is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona! \nThis position coordinates assets and requests for the IT department. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, cell phones, desk phones, and vendor-specific hardware and software. The role also implements internal systems and assists IT team members with requests. This position will help Nox Group and its companies grow.\nResponsibilities\nEntering devices into the system\nAudit device list for accuracy\nQA device setups\nEnsure IT Requests are moving and the device pickup pile is accurate\nMonitor Shipping for devices\nEnsuring Backlog of devices are accurate\nUser Setup\nSeparations\nMonitor the ticketing system for stale tickets\nSystem documentation of maintenance and upgrades.\nCommunicate with users as required: keep them informed of incident progress.\nDocument maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.\nReview documentation and ensure it meets enterprise standards.\nReview inventory for out-of-date/spec devices\nQualifications\nDetail oriented\nAbility to work in a team and communicate effectively.\nBusiness awareness: specific knowledge of the users and how IT relates to their department strategy and goals.\nAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.\nTechnical awareness: the ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.\nProvide service awareness of all organizations' critical IT services for which support is provided.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.\nOffice 365\nEducation/Certifications\nSafety Level\n This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.\nThe inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
