We are currently seeking Journeyman Electricians to support the construction of some the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities. \nProject Assignments: Some of the largest data center and semi-conductor programs in the Southwest with years of backlog.\nWages: We are offering a very competitive base rate plus incentive on participating projects. \nHours: 50-Hour work weeks plus optional overtime.\nOther benefits we offer include one of the best employee referral bonus programs in the nation, PTO & Holiday Pay, medical, dental & vision insurance options, 401(K) contribution matching following six (6) months of employment.\nResponsibilities \nDrive a growth-motivated and safety-first culture. \nDirect electrical construction work for assigned projects. \nEnsure professional resolution of escalated field-related issues and customer satisfaction. \nCollaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule. \nEnforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes. \nMoved to the top \nInterprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems \nMeasures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations \nInstalls control and distribution apparatus’ and fastens in place \nTest and start up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems and \nObserves functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement \nMay be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment \nDisassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems \nOperate electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical tools \nQualifications \n5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience \nProficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards \nPossess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting. \nAbility to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day. \nAbility to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area. \nAble to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. \nAble to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location. \nOSHA-10 Certification card preferred. Corbins will provide training for you to obtain this if you do not currently have it \nSafety Level \nThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.\nThe inherent responsibilities of your role mayinclude physical working conditions.
