Start your journey today and join our skilled team.\nWe are seeking a Quality Superintendent to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.\nAs a Quality Assurance Superintendent, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's quality management system for various construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our construction processes and deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You will play a vital role in driving a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.\nResponsibilities\nRigorously follow the established quality management system that aligns with industry standards and best practices, and adherence to corporate standards.\nEnforce quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.\nConduct regular audits and inspections to assess project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.\nCollaborate with project teams to define quality objectives, establish quality metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving them.\nProvide guidance and support to superintendents, field superintendents and engineers to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of quality-related issues.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in construction processes and methodologies.\nReview contractual documents; including contracts, plans and specifications for quality requirements. Ensure the proper development of hold points, etc. in the project quality control plans.\nManage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors at the project level.\nQualifications\nMinimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.\nProven experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.\nIn-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.\nDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.\nStrong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.\nProficiency in using quality management software and tools.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Superintendent, Certified Quality Engineer) are highly desirable.\nAbility to travel to various job sites as needed.\nAbility to lift up to fifty pounds, unassisted, as required.\nAbility to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area when necessary.\nAble to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required.\nAble to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.\nEducation/Certifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nTrade Certificate or college degree in education preferred or equivalent experience in construction training and development.\nSafety Level \nThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.\nThe inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
