We're hiring a Plant Manager to run our Ferndale facility. This role comes with company equity, and our pay and equity reflect the hours and ownership we expect.
You will:
Run daily plant operations: scheduling, throughput, quality, and on-time shipping
Manage a large team with lots of inputs, outputs, shipping, timing, and training
Keep the plant moving on very short cycle times, where the industry says a week and we say a day
Set and enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance across the floor
Train and develop operators, with documentation to back it up
Inspire and lead people every day

You should be:
Someone who has run a shop or factory before, or managed large teams with complex inputs and outputs
Familiar with 24/7 operations
Experienced in a low lead time environment. This is the big one. Most of machining thinks "it'll take a week." Here it's "do it in a day."
Extremely organized and always on time
A documented trainer: you've built training programs and can show it
Safety-first, with real OSHA knowledge
A leader with an insanely great attitude who makes people want to follow
