This approximately three-month assignment will focus on helping move active and new requisitions efficiently through the recruiting process while maintaining a strong experience for candidates and hiring managers.\nThe Contract Recruiter will manage multiple searches simultaneously, partnering directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate the interview and selection process, and support offers through acceptance.\nThe ideal candidate can quickly step into an established recruiting process, work independently with limited ramp-up time, and effectively prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, sound judgment, responsiveness, and comfort working within an applicant tracking system.\nWhat you'll do\nManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer support.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and keep searches moving efficiently.\nProactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, the ATS, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.\nConduct candidate screens to assess relevant experience, qualifications, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.\nMaintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to support a positive and timely experience.\nManage multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while adjusting priorities based on business needs.\nMaintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.\nIdentify recruiting challenges or pipeline gaps and recommend practical sourcing or process adjustments to improve hiring outcomes.\nQualifications\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple functions and positions simultaneously.\nDemonstrated experience independently sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.\nExperience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment with the ability to become productive quickly.\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting and sourcing tools.\nStrong candidate sourcing skills, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and deadlines.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly as hiring priorities change.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience will also be considered.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3980,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T22:28:02Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":45,"reasons":["conf:5","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-26T03:40:08Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/noxhealth-contract-recruiter","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/noxhealth-contract-recruiter.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-26T03:40:08Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3899,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1101,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-27T00:00:00Z"}}}
