Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOP, resolving any issues related to NPCI operations in a timely manner. Generate accurate and timely reports, including regular and ad-hoc reports, to inform business decision-making. Sound knowledge of other NPCI products (IMPS, AePS etc) The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations. AI Automation experience: Generative AI Tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) Power Automate / AI Builder Exposure to AI-driven automation tools for operational process optimization, reconciliation, exception handling, and reporting. Key Skills and\nExperience Required Strong understanding of NACH (National Automated Clearing House) and CTS (Cheque Truncation System) processes. Familiarity with IMPS, AePS, and other NPCI offerings.
