Driving process improvements, automation monitoring process, automated generation of various MIS & reports.\nTransaction Processing: Oversee the processing of UPI transactions, ensuring timely and accurate settlement, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.\nSystem Maintenance: Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure the stability and security of UPI back- office systems.\nIncident Management: Lead incident management efforts, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of UPI back-office systems.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to processes for operational tasks.\nEnsure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, providing timely reporting to regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
