The incumbent will work as a part of FP&A team based in Mumbai,\nIndia.\nKey\nresponsibilities:\nFinancial\nPlanning & Analysis: Assist in the annual budgeting and\nforecasting processes for OPEX and CAPEX. Develop and maintain financial models\nto support strategic initiatives. Analyse financial results, variances vs\nbudget at various levels/dimension, identify trends, and provide actionable\ninsights and commentary to the Sr. management.\nContribute to the\nrolling forecast process:Provide updates to input templates as\nneeded; coordinate with business partners to ensure reliable forecast;\nimplement controls to validate integrity of forecast.\nPerform detailed cost allocation based on set guidelines and continually work\nto improve internal cost framework.\nManagement\nReporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports\nfor senior management. Take ownership of the monthly P&L and interact with\nrepresentatives within finance, to ensure completeness and accuracy of\nunderlying accounted information; verify that cost centers and other financial\ndimensions are appropriately assigned.\nDynamic\nperformance management: Drive rationalization and movement of\nbudget across functions to support functional budgetary requirements while fueling\ngrowth and overall budget management.\nFacilitate commercial clearance of Purchase requisitions (PR), Purchase orders\n(PO) and other financial transactions.\nStakeholder\nManagement: Business partnering across the entity with cross\nfunctional stakeholders for decision making, P&L analysis and optimisation\nopportunities. Foster strong working relationships across different teams and\ndepartments.\nProcess\nImprovement: Identify and implement process improvements to promote\nautomation and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Develop and standardize financial reporting tools and dashboards. Help\nmaintain standard operating procedures (SOP) related to FP&A on collaboration\ntools such as SharePoint/MS One note. Acquire in-depth knowledge of\nMicrosoft D365 ERP and create ad hoc reports, as well as refine existing\nreports to meet specific needs.Leverage\nAI-powered forecasting tools and algorithms to build predictive financial\nmodels and improve rolling forecast accuracy. Use AI utilities to identify\nhidden trends, data anomalies, and variance drivers across financial datasets\nto automate monthly/quarterly P&L commentary and draft executive summaries.\nSkills\nand Qualifications:\nMinimum 3 to 4 yearsof relevant experience in FP&A.\n\nQualified Chartered accountantor MBA in Finance\n\nExperience working with financial planning andreporting systems (D365 ERP, SAP, Anaplan, Workday systems preferred); strong\nfinancial and accounting knowledge including understanding of financial\nstatements. High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for\neffective data analysis and reporting.\n\nAbility to work un unstructuredenvironment. Tech savvy, with the ability to learn new\napplications quickly.\n\nStrong attention to detail,data integrity and accuracy\n\nExperience in utilizing Generative AI tools(e.g., Copilots, ChatGPT) and predictive analytics to automate financial\ncommentary and workflows.
