This role is Sales-oriented.\nEach Matching Specialist is the first line of communication for prospective student/client’s onboarding from beginning to end - from answering questions and concerns, evaluating the requirements of the student to assisting them with the initial rotation booking, and ensuring that they receive an overall excellent experience with NPHub’s customer service and communications.\nThe Matching Specialists are the front lines of our organization and without them, our students would not be able to find the perfect preceptor for them and in turn, graduate on time!\nRole & Responsibilities of a Matching Specialist:\n\nTo act as the first point of communication for NPHub’s prospective clients, both Students and Preceptors through:\n Communicating NPHub’s value proposition to prospective Students\n Answering any Q&As that potential clients may have\n Suggesting matches for Students and Preceptors\n Providing Student profile creation and sign-up assistance\n Following-up with prospective students\nMeet personal goals and work as a team toward the company-directed sales goals\nProvide fast communication to all interactions via Avochato, email, Chatbot, and other inbound lead sources\nEvaluate the requirements of a potential client and offering solutions\nAccurately managing the sales pipeline and ensuring client satisfaction\nGenerating and onboarding new clients while providing a high level of customer service\nManaging and organizing communications with students and preceptors\nRe-engaging old leads via email/text and phone calls\nScheduling and completing initial and follow-up calls with potential clients\nMonitoring and updating NPHub’s live chat for inquiries\nIdentify areas of opportunities to improve student onboarding process and communicate to leadership\nCreate and document system and create a training manual for future hires\nManage and organize accurate sales information within the company’s
