You'll be curious about generative AI, or keen to build that exposure, with a genuine interest in the space.\nIn this role, you'll work closely with our senior client engineers to help clients get real value from nPlan, and be part of the change to revolutionise the industry. If you've ever been frustrated by the limitations of QSRA workshops, poor forecasting data, or limited time for analysis, this could be the job for you.\nYou'll be given real ownership early, backed by the support and mentorship of a team that cares deeply about our mission and about your development.\nYou'll attend monthly client visits and team meetings in our London office, as well as have the opportunity to visit our international clients.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're excited to hear from people who bring curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in construction and technology.\nTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:\nUp to 2 years of experience in a planning, risk, PMO, or project management role on construction projects (or equivalent academic/professional grounding in project controls, looking to move into a client-facing tech role).\n\nA solid understanding of construction schedules (P6) - how they're built and how to read them, with an eagerness to deepen that skill.\n\nA solid understanding of probabilistic schedule risk analysis and foundational statistics.\n\nAn interest in supporting projects that meaningfully improve outcomes for an organisation.\n\nPassion for implementing technology to improve the construction industry.\n\nAttention to detail - please mention the word 'crane' in your application form.\n\nA relationship-building instinct: You care about delighting customers.\n\nNice to haves:\nExperience working in a software company or on the implementation of software in the construction context\n\nExperience working with LLM applications\n\nWe care more about potential and drive than perfection.
