This position serves as a key liaison between Development (including front line fundraisers and grant writers) and Finance, Program, Data, Marketing, and other organizational teams. They will help streamline grant-related processes, maintain current organizational information and supporting materials, track deadlines and requirements, and coordinate responses to requests from funders and other external partners.\nThis position will oversee the systems and processes to ensure data integrity, grant requirements are tracked, and development leaders have the reports and insights they need to cultivate and steward supporters. This is a highly collaborative role that combines database management, reporting, prospect research, and project coordination.\nDevelopment Systems and Grant Support\nSupport the Development team’s effective use of the donor database and any future CRM transition, partnering with Development leadership, the Data team, and other internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, improve workflows, and strengthen reporting.\nHelp develop, implement, document, and continuously improve systems and workflows supporting proposal development, grant reporting, and post-award administration.\nSupport the preparation of proposals, reports, and other funder deliverables by compiling information, drafting or updating standard content, coordinating contributions from internal teams, and reviewing materials for completeness and consistency.\nMaintain centralized grant-tracking tools and dashboards and coordinate internal timelines, assignments, reviews, approvals, and submission requirements in support of frontline fundraisers and grant writers.\nDonor, Pipeline and Gift Information Management\nSupport donor and funder stewardship activities by maintaining accurate records and coordinating timely follow-up.\nSupport the accurate processing and documentation of contributions and maintain current grant deliverables, reporting requirements, and other relevant information in the CRM.\nCreate and maintain fundraising reports, dashboards, and pipeline-tracking tools to support Development team and executive leadership decision-making.\nMaintain systems and reports that track grant deliverables, outcome expectations, deadlines, and reporting requirements.\nCandidate Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.\n2+ Experience in nonprofit development operations, donor database management, or fundraising support.\nExceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, complete, and well-organized work.\nProficiency with Salesforce, Blackbaud, or comparable CRMs. experience building dashboards and pipeline reports preferred.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to work across regions and departments.\nCommitment to NPower’s mission of advancing economic opportunity.\nCompensation for this role is location-based.
