You’ll play a key role in enabling our engineering teams to deploy mission-critical digital solutions into the nuclear industry.\nThis role sits at the intersection of cloud architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and reliability engineering. You’ll own infrastructure strategy, drive automation at scale, and ensure our SaaS and AI-enabled systems are secure, resilient, and production-ready.\nIf you enjoy taking an idea from whiteboard → working code → secure, compliant production system - this role is for you.\nTravel Requirements: Travel for quarterly team events.\nSalary Range: $170-190k (Exact compensation may vary)\nWhat You'll Drive\nArchitect, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP, Azure is preferred) supporting scalable SaaS and AI-enabled products.\n\nLead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE, AKS is preferred).\n\nDesign, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and deployment controls (DevSecOps).\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, or equivalent) to ensure reproducible, auditable environments.\n\nEstablish observability standards (metrics, logging, tracing) using modern monitoring tools to support SLIs/SLOs and high availability targets.\n\nOwn reliability engineering practices including disaster recovery strategies, backup automation, and incident response processes.\n\nImplement secure architecture patterns, IAM controls, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening suitable for regulated industries.\n\nCollaborate closely with software engineers to embed DevOps best practices directly into product development.\n\nContribute to architectural decisions and define cloud platform standards that scale across client deployments.\n\nHelp raise the bar for engineering quality, security, and operational excellence across the team.\n\nLead post-incident sessions for when production issues occur and root-cause analysis is required.\n\nWhat You Bring\nTechnical Breadth: You understand how software is built, deployed, and operated.
