You will be managing multiple projects and timelines. You willbe working with all aspects of survey administrationand data collection throughout the implementation process andwill work with internal and external customers to ensure successful and timely configuration after the point of new sale or existing customerup-sell. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting andcommunicating project status, data, configuration, and logistical issues with customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated associate that is customer-centered, detail-oriented, and eager to learn all aspects of our offerings.\nWhat you need\nBachelor’s Degreeor 4 years equivalent experience \nProficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\n1-3years’ experience in a customer-facing role\nWould be nice\nHTML and/or JavaScript is a plus\nSEO and Google Analytics experience is a plus \nSQL experience is a plus\nHealthcare experience is a plus \nCompensation\nIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000- $81,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internalequity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order toallow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
