This role covers the full lifecycle of the mail survey process. You'll print and quality-checksurveys, prepare and process them using specialized equipment, and open, scan, and review surveys as they come back in. This team is always looking for better ways to serve our customers, so you may also take part in process reviews and other specialized projects.\nWhat you need\nHigh school diploma\nHand/eye coordination, visual acuity\nThe work is performed primarily in a standing and active environment. Associatesshould be able to stand, walk, and move continuously for the majority oftheir scheduled shift.\nCompensation\nIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the hourlyrange for this position is $18-$22.50 an hour, exclusiveof fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order toallow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
