Senior Frontend Engineer

We, at Nurturev, are looking for a talented and motivated Front-end Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind and other similar frameworks to join our tight-knit engineering team of fewer than 10 passionate builders as we transform how companies approach revenue operations in the AI era. As a key member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of Nurturev's AI and automation platform for Revenue teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the user interface of our web application using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and other modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product manager, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements and designs into functional, high-quality code.
• Build reusable and modular components to improve the scalability and maintainability of the codebase.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and standards.
• Ensure the performance, accessibility, and security of the application.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and frameworks, and suggest improvements to the existing stack.

Requirements:

• Experience level with Tailwind CSS specifically.
• 4-6 years of experience in front-end development using React.js, Next.js, and other similar frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of DOM, web standards, and accessibility.
• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality and architectural decision-making.
• We value engineers who leverage AI as a productivity multiplier while staying in full control of technical choices and standards.
• Open to work for 50 - 60 hours/week.
• Experience with state management frameworks like Redux.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and using agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
