personnel.\nFoster a positive company culture focused on teamwork, accountability, customer service, and safety.\nIdentify opportunities for market expansion, service offerings, and operational improvements.\nDrive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFinancial Management\nDevelop and manage annual operating budgets.\nMonitor company financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, profitability, and cash flow.\nReview monthly financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nImplement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.\nOversee forecasting, financial planning, and resource allocation.\nEnsure proper controls are maintained to protect company assets.\nOperations Management\nOversee all BAS operations, including:\nConstruction and installation projects\nService and maintenance operations\nEngineering and system design\nProject management\nCustomer support\nAdministrative functions\nEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations.\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures and standards.\nMonitor project performance and address operational challenges proactively.\nEnsure effective coordination between departments.\nSales & Business Development\nSupport and guide sales efforts to achieve revenue goals.\nDevelop relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.\nParticipate in major proposal development and contract negotiations.\nIdentify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.\nPromote customer retention and long-term client partnerships.\nSupport marketing and business development initiatives.\nHuman Resources & Team Development\nRecruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees.\nConduct performance evaluations and succession planning.\nEstablish employee development and training programs.\nPromote employee engagement and professional growth.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nResolve personnel issues professionally and effectively.\nSafety & Compliance\nChampion a company-wide safety culture.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety programs.\nPromote safe work practices across all departments.\nMaintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.\nOversee risk management initiatives and incident investigations.\nCustomer Relations\nMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.\nAddress escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.\nPromote exceptional customer service standards throughout the organization.\nEnsure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and industry experience may be considered.\nExperience\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience.\nMinimum of 5 years in a senior management role within Building Automation Systems, HVAC Controls, Mechanical Contracting, Energy Services, or related industries.\nProven experience managing financial performance, operations, and personnel.\nStrong understanding of BAS systems, HVAC systems, controls integration, and project delivery.\nPreferred Industry Experience\nExperience with:\nBuilding Automation Systems (BAS)\nHVAC Controls\nDDC Controls\nEnergy Management Systems\nMechanical Contracting\nFacility Management Technologies\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong leadership and decision-making abilities.\nExcellent business acumen and financial management skills.\nKnowledge of project management principles and practices.\nUnderstanding of BAS technologies, HVAC systems, networking, and controls integration.\nStrong organizational and strategic planning skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to develop and lead high-performing teams.\nStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.\nAbility to analyze operational and financial data to support
