From strategic advisory and solution architecture through to implementation, integration, cloud migration, testing, change management and ongoing support, we work closely with our clients to deliver complex enterprise transformation programmes that simplify operations, strengthen business agility and realise lasting value from their Oracle investment.\nBring your expertise to our team as a RAMCO Payroll Consultant, contributing to Ramco Payroll implementation/remediation, including requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, integrations, payroll reconciliation, migration, cutover and hypercare.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFacilitate workshops to understand payroll requirements, business processes and existing issues.\nPrepare functional designs covering payroll rules, pay codes, allowances, deductions, leave, retroactive adjustments and statutory requirements.\nConfigure Ramco Payroll in line with approved designs and maintain configuration documentation.\nReview existing configurations, identify gaps and implement agreed improvements.\nDefine payroll integration requirements, including employee, time and absence inputs, finance outputs and bank files.\nPrepare test scenarios, test cases and expected results covering standard payroll processing and exceptions.\nExecute unit and system testing, support integration testing and UAT, and investigate and resolve defects.\nSupport parallel payroll runs and reconcile gross-to-net calculations, statutory outputs, bank files and finance postings.\nSupport data migration validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare.\nPrepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer to client payroll and support teams.Skills & Experience:\n\nMinimum 8 years of relevant payroll consulting and implementation experience, including hands-on experience implementing Ramco Payroll across functional design, configuration and testing.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, payroll calculations, reconciliations and controls.\nExperience translating complex payroll requirements into functional designs and system configuration.\nExperience investigating payroll discrepancies and resolving configuration and processing issues.\nExperience supporting payroll integrations, data migration and end-to-end testing.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate across onshore and offshore delivery teams.\nDesirable:\nAustralian payroll implementation experience, including awards, enterprise agreements, PAYG withholding, superannuation and Single Touch Payroll.\nExperience integrating Ramco Payroll with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Oracle Time and Labour, and Absence Management.\nExperience on payroll remediation or recovery programmes.\nRelevant Ramco training or certification.\nQualifications:\nA relevant qualification in business, accounting, human resources or information systems, or equivalent practical experience.\nWhy You'll Love Working At NRI:\nAt NRI, we believe great careers are built through solving complex challenges, continuous growth and the opportunity to make an impact.
