Joining our team means collaborating with talented specialists, working across diverse technologies and contributing to meaningful outcomes for some of Australia's leading organisations.\nBring your expertise to our team as a Senior Systems Engineer (Wintel) and provide technical support & maintenance for Windows Server and Cloud Infrastructure.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide technical support & maintenance for Windows Server Infrastructure, File/Print Services, Active Directory Services, Office 365 including Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SCCM, Physical Server, Storage and other systems.\n\nInstall, repair, patch & maintain existing technologies.\n\nUtilise & comply with all relevant NRI methodologies, standards, processes & procedures, including but not limited to, the Business Management System (BMS) & Service Management Methodology (SMM)\n\nLiaise with external vendors as required to ensure timely resolution of hardware / software issues\n\nMaintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations\n\nAssist with delivery of both on-premise & public cloud-based projects\n\nFacilitate/participate in engagements with client & 3rd party organisations on technology issues as required\n\nGenerate infrastructure reporting\n\nEscalate issues which cannot be resolved within SLA & communicate with client\n\nParticipate in ongoing continuous improvement activities\n\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nAt least 6 years’ experience as a Wintel/Cloud Engineer in a managed service environment or large government agency with proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration\n\nStrong background in Active Directory, GPO, Certificates, Azure, M365, Citrix, VMware\n\nFamiliarity with security & compliance in cloud environments\n\nAzure - Resource management, networking, security, governance, billing, cost management & optimization\n\nMicrosoft 365 - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security & compliance\n\nCitrix - Daas, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, user profile management\n\nVMware - vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, virtualization best practices\n\nActive Directory, GPO and Certificates\n\nExperience with automation, scripting & coding\n\nKnowledge of security best practices & data protection principles\n\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 services & applications\n\nExperience with user & security administration in an Entra and M365 environment\n\nExcellent communication & collaboration skills\n\nCertifications are a plus\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING AT NRI\nAt NRI, we believe great careers are built through solving complex challenges, continuous growth and the opportunity to make an impact.
