Here's how you'll shine:\nLead the overall performance of the North Lakes and Burpengary locations. \nCoach and develop team members to achieve customer service, sales, and operational targets. \nBuild a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture through effective performance management and feedback. \nResolve customer escalations and support the team in delivering outstanding service. \nManage rostering, productivity, and labour costs to meet operational needs. \nSupport fleet planning and vehicle availability to ensure smooth daily operations. \nMonitor KPIs and branch performance, implementing action plans where required. \nMaintain safety, compliance, and operational standards across both locations. \nYour Skills\nOperational Leadership: Experience leading teams within car rental, transport, logistics, fleet, tourism, hospitality, accommodation or similar operational environments. \nPeople Leadership: Proven ability to coach staff, manage performance and create a culture of accountability and teamwork. \nCustomer Focus: Experience handling customer issues, resolving escalations, and driving positive service outcomes. \nCommercial Awareness: Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, productivity measures and operational reporting. \nPlanning & Problem Solving: Able to manage competing priorities, solve operational challenges, and keep operations running smoothly. \nHands-On Approach: Willing to support frontline operations when required and lead by example.
