Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you’ll learn with us.\nYour Role\nYou will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process.\nYou will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions.\nYou will inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.\nYour Skills\nService Excellence: You thrive on delighting customers, making them feel welcome, and handling every concern with professional care.\nTime management: You will have demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.\nFlexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.\nCommunication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.\nAs part of our recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
