NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to join our team and help deliver engaging activities through our Kids Club and family entertainment program.\nAs a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. From facilitating Kids Club activities and games to supporting resort events and family entertainment, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDelivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate Kids Club activities\nCreating positive and memorable experiences for children and families\nHosting games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and special events\nEnsuring the safety and wellbeing of all participating children\nProviding exceptional customer service to guests\nAssisting with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiatives\nSupporting the wider resort team when required\nAbout You\nA friendly, energetic and outgoing personality\nExperience working with children, recreation programs, hospitality or tourism is highly desirable\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to engage confidently with children, families and guests from diverse backgrounds\nReliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team\nAvailable to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods\nEssential Requirements\n Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)\nCurrent First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment\nWhat’s in it for you?\nAt the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
