Located approximately 2.5 hours from Hobart or Launceston, Freycinet Lodge neighbours the popular holiday town of Coles Bay.\n With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role\nEnsure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories\nStaff accommodation and meals package available\nWhat you’ll do:\nWe are looking for a casual Guest Service Agent to join our team at Freycinet Lodge. You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will:\nComplete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out\nAnswer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally\nCommunicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met\nWhat you’ll bring:\n Strong Guest Service/Front Office experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or a similar booking system\nA reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nA positive, energetic attitude and the ability to thrive as part of a high-performing team\nCertificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience\nStrong problem-solving capability, including confident use of basic mathematical skills in the workplace\nValid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate \nPossess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion\nWhat’s in it for you?\nAt the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
