This role plays a key part in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives across Customer Experience, Operations, Fleet, Finance, Data, Digital and Automation programs.\nReporting to the Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage initiatives end-to-end while partnering with business stakeholders to define, analyse, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will plan and control delivery, gather and document requirements, manage risks, budgets and vendors, and drive initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.\nThis is a permanent full-time hybrid opportunity based at our Sydney office, with flexible working arrangements available.\nYour Role\nThe ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading stakeholder workshops, writing clear business requirements, managing delivery plans and keeping teams focused on business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nManage the full delivery lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, planning, control, change management, reporting and closure. \nPrepare and maintain project documentation including scope, objectives, schedules, risks, dependencies and resource plans. \nElicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement. \nMaintain requirements as epics, user stories and process maps, and agree acceptance criteria with stakeholders. \nTrack delivery using Agile and hybrid approaches, including backlog, sprint and release planning where appropriate. \nManage competing priorities, risks and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes. \nSupport testing, user acceptance activities and go-live readiness. \nPartner with third-party vendors and delivery partners to manage scope, quality and delivery. \nBuild strong relationships with business owners, product owners and senior technology stakeholders. \nTrack budgets, forecast spend and support business cases and benefits realisation. \nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery practices, processes and ways of working. \nYour Skills\nProven experience as an Iteration Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar technology delivery role. \nDemonstrated ability to manage initiatives across scope, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder management. \nStrong requirements management skills, including business requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. \nWorking knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and traditional delivery methodologies. \nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, including experience working with senior leaders. \nAbility to manage competing priorities, risks and dependencies in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience tracking budgets and reporting on delivery progress. \nHighly regarded: \nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Planner, Power BI or similar tools will be highly regarded. \nExposure to automation, data and analytics, or digital transformation programs is advantageous. \nRelevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, SAFe or CBAP are desirable. \nWhat We Offer\nAt SIXT Australia we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
