You'll use customer insights, network performance data and market trends to help shape product improvements, pricing strategies and new initiatives that enhance the charging experience for thousands of Australians.\nThis is a highly varied role that combines product management, customer insights, stakeholder engagement and commercial analysis. No two days will look the same. One day you may be reviewing customer feedback and identifying emerging trends, the next you'll be supporting a new product initiative, analysing utilisation data, or collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver improvements to our EV offering.\nThis full-time permanent role offers a hybrid work arrangement across our Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD offices and working from home, as agreed and required for the role.\nYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nSupport the development, enhancement and rollout of EV charging products, customer propositions, and digital experiences across the NRMA EV charging network. \nAnalyse customer feedback, charging network performance, and utilisation trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations. \nSupport pricing analysis, competitor monitoring, and market research activities. \nAssist in developing customer propositions, product strategies, and product improvements. \nCollaborate with Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other business units to deliver product outcomes. \nSupport customer, business customer, and stakeholder enquiries relating to EV products and services. \nPrepare reporting, insights, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders. \nContribute to the ongoing growth, optimisation, and success of the NRMA EV charging network. \nWhat You'll Bring\n2+ years' experience in a Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Coordinator or similar product-focused role supporting product development, product improvement or product strategy. \nStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nProven ability to manage competing priorities while building strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. \nStrong commercial thinking and problem-solving capability. \nConfidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. \nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. \nHighly regarded: \nExperience within EV charging, energy, mobility, automotive, telecommunications or related industries. \nExposure to software products, digital platforms, applications or customer-facing technology products. \nExperience using reporting or data visualisation tools such as Tableau. \nWhat's in it for you?\nAt the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
