The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-driven individual with strong communication skills.\nEssential Job Functions:\nResponsible for all computer input required for the position.\nAnswer phone calls related to customer questions and resolve problems/ complaints.\nTake customer orders over the phone and write up orders and enter online.\nProvide verbal or written quotations to customers.\nCompile plant reports as needed.\nProvide Certificates of Conformance to customers, as requested.\nMust be familiar, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines.\nKnowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
