Field Engineer Interns are exposed to multiple phases of a project, from pre-construction and site preparation through construction and final completion. This role provides valuable field experience while developing an understanding of construction processes, project coordination, and quality control.\nSupporting the Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day construction activities.\nInspecting work to make sure it matches plans, specifications, and quality standards while reviewing plans, drawings, and project documents to understand how they translate to the field.\nDocumenting construction progress and helping track issues that come up on site.\nEstimator\nConstruction Estimating Intern gain hands-on experience on the pre-construction side of multifamily development. This primarily office-based role supports the estimating team in analyzing project plans, developing cost estimates, and helping determine how projects can be efficiently built before construction begins.\nReviewing construction plans and drawings to understand project scope.\nEstimating construction costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor work.\nPreparing bid packages, comparing subcontractor bids, and supporting pre-construction documentation and analysis.\nConstruction Office Intern\nUnder the direction of the Project Manager, the Construction Office Intern supports project documentation and construction activities throughout the life of multifamily development.
