standards.\nMaintain website performance standards (Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization) for speed and SEO rankings.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of front-end or full-stack web development, building high-quality B2B marketing websites using headless CMS architecture.\nExperience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or similar), schema design, custom components, and CMS configuration.\nNice to have HubSpot CMS or HubSpot integration experience, including migrations from HubSpot CMS to headless platforms.\nExpert proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt).\nExperience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie) for scroll-based interactions and micro-animations.\nAPI integration and managing content delivery from headless CMS platforms.\nManaging hosting environments (Vercel, Netlify, and AWS), DNS configuration, SSL certificates, CDN setup, and performance optimization.\nGitHub for version control, code collaboration, and deployment workflows.\nAdvanced Google Tag Manager experience: complex tracking setups, tag governance, and data layer configuration.\nStrong technical foundations in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern build tools.\nIntegrations between CMS platforms, HubSpot, and analytics platforms (GA4 event tracking, UTM parameters, conversion pixels).\nConversion optimization expertise: UX best practices, form optimization, page load performance, and how design impacts performance.\nTranslate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations with high visual quality.\nGood knowledge of SEO technical requirements, schema markup, and performance optimization for headless architecture.\nStrong collaborator across marketing, design, product, and IT security
