You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and promote safe work practices within the mechanical maintenance team.\nManage mechanical repair and maintenance activities across production lines.\nSupport production teams in achieving line performance and reliability targets.\nOptimize maintenance and repair costs within approved budgets.\nEnsure mechanical equipment operates according to specified standards.\nSupport reliability improvement initiatives, shutdown activities, equipment upgrades, spare parts management, and improvement projects.\nQualification and/or experience required:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated in Mechatronic is an advantage.\n0 - 3 Years’ experience managing and maintaining facilities' critical equipment.\nExperience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment - preferably continuous operation process equipment.\nExperience in planning and organizing major equipment maintenance.\n Must have safety management & contractor management experience as compulsory.\nHydraulic & Pneumatic skills\nAutoCAD preferable.\nProblem solving, fault finding and troubleshooting. \nFast learning, enthusiastic and energetic\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nGood command of English and computer literacy\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and strongly encourage women to apply for this position.\nAt NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
