The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery of enterprise master data solutions.\n\nThe role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, trusted master data assets that support business operations and analytics. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and working knowledge of SQL to perform data validation, analysis, and quality checks.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise master data solutions.\n\n- Drive the implementation and enhancement of Reltio MDM or equivalent MDM platforms.\n\n- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into product capabilities.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver scalable data platform solutions.\n\n- Establish and promote data governance, data quality, and master data management best practices.\n\n- Define and monitor product KPIs and data quality metrics.\n\n- Support data validation, analysis, and issue resolution using SQL.\n\n- Manage product backlogs, prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder communications.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across master data domains and data platform capabilities.\n\n- Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and data management strategies.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\n- Experience managing enterprise-scale data products.\n\n- Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.\n\n- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.\n\n- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes.\n\n- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.\n\nExperience & Qualifications:\n\n- 9+ years of overall experience in Data Management, Product Management, or Data Platform initiatives.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM or equivalent Master Data Management platforms.\n\n- Proven experience managing enterprise data products and data platform initiatives.\n\n- Strong understanding of data governance, master data, and data quality frameworks.\n\n- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.\n\n- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.\n\n- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer
