The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks, with strong exposure to large-scale image and video datasets.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.\n\n- Work extensively with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for AI/ML development.\n\n- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and management of large-scale image and video datasets.\n\n- Develop solutions using Transformer architectures, RNNs, Transfer Learning, and Vision Transformers (ViT).\n\n- Work on NLP, LLM fine-tuning, Generative AI, and RAG-based solutions.\n\n- Build and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph.\n\n- Develop prompt engineering strategies for LLMs including GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.\n\n- Design and implement agentic workflows and enterprise-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Work with Databricks and Azure Cloud for large-scale data processing and AI/ML workloads.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Data Science.\n\n- Strong programming expertise in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.\n\n- Strong experience in NLP is mandatory.\n\n- Strong understanding of Transformer Architectures, RNNs, Transfer Learning, Vision Transformers (ViT), and LLM Fine-Tuning.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.\n\n- Experience building AI agents using LangGraph or similar frameworks.\n\n- Strong prompt engineering experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.\n\n- Strong experience in Databricks and Azure Cloud.\n\n- Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment.\n\n- Experience working with UNIX/Linux environments.\n\n- Understanding of enterprise AI security, governance, and compliance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience handling large-scale image and video datasets.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with
