The successful candidates will provide on-site hardware maintenance, diagnostics, break-fix support, and technical services for enterprise server infrastructure operating in a 24x7 environment.\nThis role requires hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively within a rotating shift structure while maintaining high service delivery standards.\nResponsibilities\nPerform onsite break-fix and corrective maintenance activities on enterprise server platforms.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-related incidents and failures.\nReplace and install server components including storage devices, memory, processors, power supplies, and networking components.\nConduct hardware diagnostics and system validation following maintenance activities.\nSupport rack-mounted, high-performance, cloud, edge, and enterprise server environments.\nDocument service activities, asset changes, incident resolutions, and maintenance records accurately.\nEscalate complex issues as required and collaborate with engineering and support teams.\nEnsure adherence to operational procedures, security policies, and safety standards within the data center environment.\nParticipate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer between teams.\nMaintain readiness to support coverage requirements and operational continuity during planned and unplanned absences. \nQualifications\nTechnical Requirements\nEssential Skills\nExperience supporting enterprise server hardware in a data center environment.\nStrong break-fix and hardware troubleshooting experience.\nKnowledge of server maintenance, repair, and component replacement procedures.\nUnderstanding of data center operations and infrastructure support practices.\nFamiliarity with networking fundamentals, cabling, and hardware connectivity.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.\nC1 Local Language (spoken & written)\nB2 English (spoken & written)\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with enterprise rack, edge, cloud, and high-performance server platforms.\nPrior experience in a 24/7 operations environment.\nExperience supporting hyperscale or large-scale data center facilities.\nFamiliarity with remote management, diagnostics, and out-of-band administration technologies.\nQualifications\nTechnical qualification, diploma, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline preferred.\nPrevious experience as a Field Service Engineer, Hardware Technician, Data Center Engineer, Infrastructure Support Engineer, or similar role.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\nAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. [\nWork Environment\nThis position is based full-time within a live data center environment and requires adherence to strict operational and safety standards.
