This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration of commercial, financial, procurement, and contract processes across fast-paced construction and infrastructure environments.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with commercial managers, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery through accurate financial administration, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and reporting.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business at the forefront of digital infrastructure development.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial & Purchase Order Support\nRaise and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner\nSupport invoice processing and assist in resolving invoice queries\nTrack project spending, commitments, accruals, and outstanding orders\nMaintain precise and up-to-date financial and commercial records\nAssist with cost reporting and budget tracking across multiple projects\nEnsure documentation is compliant with internal processes and procedures\nQuotes & Supplier Payments\nProcess and track quotations from subcontractors and suppliers\nAssist with subcontractor payment applications and verify supporting documentation\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies and payment queries\nSupport procurement activities and supplier onboarding where required\nEnsure supplier records and payment details are maintained accurately\nContract Administration\nSupport the administration of contracts related to construction, repairs, and maintenance activities\nMaintain contract registers, supplier records, and commercial documentation\nPrepare meeting packs, reports, and project documentation for commercial reviews\nAssist the commercial and project teams with document control and correspondence\nEnsure records are stored and managed in accordance with company standards\nStakeholder Support\nAct as a key point of contact for commercial administration queries\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers\nProvide administrative support to commercial managers and project leadership teams\nSupport continuous improvement of commercial and administrative processes\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEssential Skills & Experience\nPrevious career experience within administration, finance, procurement, or commercial support within construction, or a Quantity Surveying degree with placement/internship served\nExperience raising purchase orders and supporting payment processes\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational and numeracy skills\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including trackers, formulas, and data management\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nHigh level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining quality records\nDesirable Experience\nExperience within construction, infrastructure, housing, engineering, or the public sector\nUnderstanding of subcontractor payment processes and commercial procedures\nExperience working within project-based environments\nFamiliarity with ERP or financial systems\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to work on industry-leading hyperscale data centre developments\nCollaborative and supportive team environment\nExposure to major infrastructure and construction projects worth £bn+\nCareer development and progression opportunities within a rapidly growing sector - grow alongside a growing company\nComprehensive salary and benefits package including bonus, equity options, 25 days annual leave + public holidays, medical & dental cover, income protection, life assurance and a competitive pension scheme\nHybrid working model offering flexibility and work-life balance\nAbout You\nYou are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-moving project environment.
