This is a unique opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, playing a pivotal role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across APAC.\nDocument Controller APAC\nThe Document Controller APAC will be engaged to manage project documentation on Nscale’s colocation data centre developments.\nYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate document control systems, ensuring that all project information is current, correctly formatted, approved, and distributed to the right stakeholders at the right time.\nThis role requires a strong understanding of document management processes within complex construction or engineering environments. You’ll play a critical role insupporting project delivery, maintaining version integrity, and upholding Nscale’s standards for governance, accuracy, and compliance across all design and construction documentation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDocument Control & Information Management\nAct as Procore System Administrator for APAC projects: set up project directories, permission templates, workflow and user access\nEstablish, maintain, and manage document control systems for large-scale construction projects in accordance with Nscale’s standards and procedures\nBuild and maintain workflows, numbering and naming conventions, custom fields and folder structures aligned to Nscale’s standards\nEnsure all project documentation including design drawings, specifications, contracts, reports, and correspondence whereby it is accurately logged, version-controlled and traceable\nConfigure and maintain tools including Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Submittals, Transmittals, RFIs, Checklist, and correspondences\nReview incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and correct formatting before release\nManage document workflows, approvals, and distribution through designated document control platforms e.g. Procore, Aconex\nOnboard and train internal staff, contractors, designers and vendors, act as first line support and liaise with Procore support\nGovernance, Quality & Compliance\nImplement document control protocols that comply with Nscale’s governance framework and regional regulatory requirements\nMonitor adherence to naming conventions, revision management, and transmittal procedures across all internal and external contributors\nMaintain up-to-date audit trails, ensuring traceability and accountability for all document submissions and approvals\nSupport internal and external audits by providing complete, accurate document records as required\nCollaboration & Support\nWork closely with Project and Design Managers, and Contractors to ensure information is exchanged efficiently and accurately\nCoordinate the flow of information between Nscale’s internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners, contractors, and suppliers\nProvide document control training and support to project participants to maintain consistent standards and best practices\nAssist in preparing reports and dashboards summarising document status, approvals, and outstanding actions\nSystems, Tools & Continuous Improvement\nChampion best practice in digital document management and data governance, supporting Nscale’s technology-led approach to project delivery\nRegularly review and improve document control procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency\nEnsure all project documentation is archived correctly at project close-out for long-term retrieval and record retention\nAbout You\nDiploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent\n5+ years relevant experience in Document control or Information Management within large scale, complex construction or with at least 3 years+ experience with EPC company or similar\nProven experience as Procure administrator on large construction projects or mission critical projects such as Data Centres, semiconductor, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals or power facilities\nFamiliarity with other Electronic Document Management (EDM) System platforms (e.g. Procore, Aconex, ACC/BIM 360, SharePoint) is a plus\nStrong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, and approval workflows\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large volumes of technical information\nExcellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders\nProactive, solutions-driven, and able to work independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nAble to travel across APAC regions on project sites\nIn All We Do, Our Core Values Guide Us\nRelentless Innovation\n At Nscale, we constantly push the boundaries of innovation, embracing creative risks to shape the future.
