This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThe Electrical Project Manager will lead electrical system delivery for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre projects. You will manage the technical execution of electrical packages from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover. This owner-side role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems. You will ensure electrical works are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet Nscale’s safety, performance, and quality standards, while maintaining seamless integration with other building systems.\n\nWhat You’ll be Doing \n\nCoordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, schedule, and technical standards.\nEnsure compliance with local electrical codes, statutory requirements, applicable standards, and HSE regulations relevant to the project location\nReview and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.\nManage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA).\nManage the electrical interface with grid/utility providers and enabling works, including grid connection readiness, energisation planning, LOTO requirements, permit-to-work coordination and safe handover into commissioning.\nMonitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages, ensuring visibility and alignment across the wider delivery team.\nOversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.\nSupport integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems.\nConduct regular coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.\nPromote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.\n\nAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)\n\n7+ years’ experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects.\nDegree or alternative qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nStrong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems essential.\nStrong commissioning (CX) expertise across all MV/LV power systems, including active support of Integrated Systems Testing (IST)\nProven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.\nFamiliarity with Norwegian electrical regulations and practices, including FEF/FEL, NEK standards.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliar with project reporting and scheduling tools\nFluent in English;
