This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical system delivery for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre project in northern Norway. You will manage the technical execution of electrical packages from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.\nThis owner-side role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems. You will ensure electrical works are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet Nscale’s safety, performance, and quality standards, while maintaining seamless integration with other building systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, schedule, and technical standards.\nReview and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.\nManage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA).\nMonitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages, ensuring visibility and alignment across the wider delivery team.\nOversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.\nSupport integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems.\nConduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.\nPromote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.\nQualifications & Experience\nSignificant experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects.\nDegree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.\nStrong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems essential.\nProven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliar with project reporting and scheduling tools\nFluent in English; additional / local European languages advantageous.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
