Side projects count in full.\nHighly organised across many parallel threads, with a strong instinct for documentation and audit trails.\nExperience working across multiple regions, time zones and legal entities.\nA systems mindset with a bias toward clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact.\nWe'd love you to tell us about something you've built or automated as part of your application.
