This is a hands-on, operational role that sits at the heart of our People function, ensuring that our people systems, data, and processes run smoothly as we scale rapidly.\nYou'll be the operational backbone of our People team-managing transactional excellence, maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating key people processes, and enabling seamless employee experiences from onboarding through offboarding. Your work will directly impact how our teams feel supported and how effectively our People leaders can focus on strategy.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPeople Operations & Process Management\nManage day to day employee queries via JIRA for US and globally\nManage core HR transactional processes including onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, and role changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\nMaintain the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with high data integrity, ensuring all employee records are complete, current, and compliant\nProcess employee documentation, employment contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions\nSupport the administration of employee benefits programs, policies, and procedures\nCoordinate people-related communications and ensure consistent dissemination of HR policies and updates\nCreate and maintain HR r data to enable key people metrics\nEmployee Experience & Support\nServe as a point of contact for 1 tier employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other\nSupport new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and access to tools and systems\nMaintain employee records, confidentiality, and document management in compliance with data protection regulations\nIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks that impact employee experience\nCompensation & Equity Support\nAssist in the administration and tracking of compensation-related processes and payroll data submission\nSupport the Equity Compensation team with data management, documentation, and administrative requirements for grant tracking and reporting\nMaintain accurate equity records and support reconciliations across HRIS and external equity administration systems\nContribute to compensation reporting and analysis as needed by the Reward team\nCompliance, Governance & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure all people operations comply with employment law, data protection regulations , and company policies across multiple jurisdictions\nMaintain audit trails and documentation for compliance, internal controls, and external audits\nSupport the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems improvements\nIdentify automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations) on people-related initiatives\nAbout You\nExperience & Background\n3-5 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or similar HR coordinator/administrator roles\nExperience with HRIS systems and HR data management (Workday knowledge is a plus)\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple HR processes in high-growth or fast-paced environments\nFamiliarity with employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US is a must, EMEA and APAC are a plus)\nExperience supporting equity compensation, payroll, or benefits administration is a plus\nSkills & Competencies\nExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capability for maintaining accurate, auditable records\nProficient with data manipulation for reporting, data management, and process administration\nComfortable with HRIS systems, HR software platforms, and basic data analytics\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain HR policies and processes clearly to employees at all levels\nExcellent follow-up skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and see tasks through to completion\nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps and propose improvements\nDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information\nAbility to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team\nMindset & Values\nProactive, organized, and detail-oriented\nCustomer-service focused with genuine empathy for employee experience\nAdaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving priorities\nSelf-motivated learner who stays current on HR best practices, compliance requirements, and new tools\nStrong team player with a high level of personal accountability and ownership.\nAligned with Nscale values: ownership, transparency, and full-speed collaboration\n\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
