This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work closely with HR leaders, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across people operations, data integrity, and process excellence.\nYou'll own the end-to-end operational delivery of people programs-from employee onboarding and offboarding to compensation administration, benefits management, and HR systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, loves building systems from first principles, and takes pride in creating clarity and efficiency where complexity exists.\nWhat You’ll be Doing \nPeople Operations & Administration\nOwn and evolve our employee lifecycle management: onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and transfers across multiple locations\nManage benefits administration, and payroll data delivery coordination ensuring accuracy and compliance across regions (across EMEA, APAC and AMER)\nMaintain employee records and documentation with meticulous attention to detail and data security\nProcess personnel actions swiftly and accurately, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers\nData Management & Reporting\nBuild and maintain the Workday as a single source of truth for people data\nConduct regular data audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems\nReconcile Workday against external data sources\nPrepare insights for the business for leadership, boards, and external stakeholders \nProcess Design & Continuous Improvement\nDesign, document, and continuously improve People processes and workflows (e.g., leave management)\nIdentify process bottlenecks and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work\nEstablish standardized templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices across the People function\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure People processes align with business requirements\nBuild scalable infrastructure for processes that will support rapid growth\nSystems & Technology\nManage and optimize Workday, ensuring system configurations support evolving business needs\nOversee Workday system integrations (payroll, finance, benefits and more)\nImplement and manage process automation tools where appropriate (e.g., automated workflows, AI agents)\nSupport data migration projects and system implementations with accuracy and care\nCompliance & Governance\nEnsure People processes comply with employment law and regulations across all geographies where we operate\nMaintain up-to-date employment contracts, policy documentation, and regulatory filings\nSupport external audits and compliance reviews with thorough, well-organized documentation\nStrategic Partnerships\nAct as a trusted operational partner to People Team leadership\nSupport the People team in designing and rolling out new programs \nAbout You\nSkills & Experience\n5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS management, or HR administration, ideally in fast-growing tech or scale-up environments\nDeep familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus)-hands-on configuration, implementation and data management experience preferred\nExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation capabilities\nAdvanced proficiency in data manipulation (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making\nPractical knowledge of multi-jurisdictional employment law and compliance (US, UK, EU preferred)\nExperience designing and optimizing People workflows and processes at scale\nStrong communication skills: able to explain complex HR concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nMindset & Qualities\nSelf-starter with a bias toward ownership, pragmatism, and shipping useful solutions\nComfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where you'll help define standards and best practices\nProactive problem-solver who spots issues early and escalates appropriately\nHigh bar for accuracy and process integrity-you take pride in clean, auditable records\nEnergized by building scalable systems and processes that multiply team impact\nCollaborative and capable of influencing across functions without authority\nCurious about HR technology and best practices; committed to continuous learning\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with global payroll operations or multi-currency environments\nKnowledge of HR compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)\nLeading HR transformation projects or system migrations\nBackground in operational analytics or business intelligence\nPeople management experience\nEqual Opportunities Statement\nWe strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.\nThe responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and are intended to provide a general overview of the position.
