Collaboration is key, and we work together swiftly and respectfully, embracing adaptability and resilience in all we do.\nPrincipal Systems Engineer - APAC\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nThis role will be responsible for delivery actives as follows:\nManaging Bare Metal Compute Lifecycle States\nInventorying Racks, Hosts, and Components within the hosts (NICs, SSDs, GPUs, etc)\nApplying and Validating Firmware of the hosts\nRunning Stress test on the host networking and host components\nReading and Applying BIOS settings\nInstalling and Managing Host Operating Systems via remote connection\nManaging & Operating Host OOB management subsystems.\nReading and parsing host telemetry\nAbout You\nMasters/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent\nAt least 10+ years of relevant experience in Network and System; experience in Coding. Experience in delivering and operating large-scale production system (e.g. 1000+ servers instances)\nDeep understanding of operating systems, computer networks and high-performance applications\nProficient in at least 3 programming languages (Java / Python / C / C++/ GoLang/ Shell scripting\nSystematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive\nProven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle\nMust be able to travel up to 50% of the time\nTechnical Experience\nExpertise in Linux systems\nFamiliarity with system-level architecture, data synchronization, fault tolerance, and state management\nGeneral enterprise storage, networking, or computing experience\nExperience with Server/GPU hardware architecture and system management\nExperience with Infiniband or RoCE networking\nHands-on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service data planes\nGood understanding of databases and SQL (MySQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcache, etc.)\nIn All We Do, Our Core Values Guide Us\nRelentless Innovation\n At Nscale, we constantly push the boundaries of innovation, embracing creative risks to shape the future.
