This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across the organization.\nWhat You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)\nOwn strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs\nDrive long-term roadmaps across power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture\nLead cross-company initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners\nAct as a force multiplier by bringing clarity, structure, and execution rigor to teams\nResolve complex cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale\nMentor TPMs and elevate program management standards across the organization\nAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)\n10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles\nDeep experience in large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems\nProven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills\nDemonstrated ability to influence technical and organizational direction\nThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
