You’ll be at the center of our interview operations - orchestrating complex schedules, supporting on-site interview days, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Nscale’s standards of precision, speed, and professionalism.\nGiven the pace of growth and frequent in-office interview loops, this role is highly visible and integral to maintaining operational excellence across recruiting.\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive high-volume interview scheduling across rapidly scaling technical, infrastructure, and corporate teams - operating with speed, precision, and urgency\n\nOrchestrate complex on-site interview days, owning run-of-show logistics, candidate flow, room planning, and real-time adjustments in a high-traffic office environment\n\nAct as the front-line ambassador for Nscale, delivering a polished, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our standards of excellence\n\nPartner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to accelerate candidates through the pipeline without sacrificing quality\n\nNavigate complex, ever-changing calendars across executives and cross-functional stakeholders, proactively resolving conflicts before they become blockers\n\nCommunicate interview logistics with clarity and urgency, ensuring candidates and interviewers are fully prepared and aligned\n\nBuild and maintain structured, scalable scheduling processes that support Nscale’s rapid hiring growth\n\nKeep interview days running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where priorities can shift quickly\n\nTools & Systems \nGoogle Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Metaview\n\nGreenhouse Applicant Tracking System\n\nGoodTime Scheduling experience\nPreferred Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a similar high-volume support role\n\nExceptional scheduling and calendar management skills with strong attention to detail\n\nHighly organized with a strong sense of ownership - you ensure nothing falls through the cracks\n\nCalm, solution-oriented, and professional in fast-paced, interview-heavy environments\n\nConfident and polished when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership\n\nThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
