If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring an Engineer, Collab Technology to keep Nscale's collaboration tools, including Slack, Teams, Zoom, AV, and the Atlassian suite, running smoothly day to day.\nReporting to the Team Lead, Workplace Technology, you'll execute provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, provide on-the-ground AV support, and coordinate with the outsourced workplace technology managed service provider (MSP).\nYou'll help colleagues adopt collaboration tools through documentation and training, while building your Atlassian administration skills to provide additional support for the team.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCollaboration Tools and Access\nAdminister collaboration tools day to day, including Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration and endpoint-adjacent applications.\nExecute provisioning and deprovisioning workflows designed by the Team Lead, and flag gaps or edge cases as they arise.\nAV Support and Vendor Coordination\nProvide front-line AV support.\nCoordinate day to day with the outsourced workplace technology MSP.\nAdoption and Atlassian Administration\nContribute to documentation and training materials that help colleagues adopt collaboration tools across the company.\nBuild working knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration, taking on admin tasks to provide additional support for the Team Lead.\nAbout You\n3-5 years of experience in workplace technology, IT support, or collaboration engineering.\nWorking proficiency with at least one major collaboration suite: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Slack.\nBasic working knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.\nSome scripting or automation exposure.
