You will serve as a critical partner to leadership, driving organizational scaling and talent development during a period of rapid global expansion. Your mission is to foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership and transparency, empowering every \"Nscaler\" to build the infrastructure that powers the future of AI. This role will be supporting the Global AI Infrastructure business. \n\nWhat You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)\n\nAct as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.\nLead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from onboarding through offboarding.\nDesign and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability and recognize excellence in a fast-paced environment.\nScale and sustain Nscale's culture across diverse teams, ensuring our values of innovation and urgency remain central to our operations. \nLeverage data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend proactive people solutions that support business objectives.\n\nAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)\n\nProven experience as a People Partner, ideally within a high-growth tech startup or the AI/Cloud infrastructure space.\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes from the ground up with a sense of urgency.\nStrong technical knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.\nStrong communication skills with a commitment to radical transparency and building trust at all levels of the organization.\nA mindset of ownership; you don't just identify problems, you drive the execution of solutions.\n\nThe range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
