If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Senior NetSuite Engineer to own the architecture and technical development of NetSuite at Nscale. This is a hybrid role based in New York. You'll design custom solutions and integrations and define development standards for the platform. You'll partner with our systems engineers and report to the Director, Finance Tech.\nYour work will help keep NetSuite scalable as you integrate new entities and acquisitions, reduce fragile customisations and maintain data consistency across the business.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nNetSuite Architecture and Development\nOwn NetSuite architecture and technical development, including solution standards, performance and scalability.\nDesign and build custom NetSuite solutions, from configuration through scripting.\nReduce technical debt, redundant logic and fragile customisations, using native functionality where possible.\nIntegrations and Data\nArchitect and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.\nMaintain data consistency across entities and currencies.\nLead data migration for new entities and acquisitions.\nDelivery and Partnership\nOwn the NetSuite development lifecycle, including source control, testing and deployment.\nTranslate business requirements into documented technical solutions.\nPartner with systems engineers and external consultants on integration and platform work.\nAdvise the Director, Finance Tech on build-versus-buy decisions and the long-term cost of customisation.\nAbout You\n7+ years implementing, configuring and scaling NetSuite.\nHands-on expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, the NetSuite data model, and SuiteTalk or REST APIs.\nExperience with NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary design, multi-book accounting, Advanced Revenue Management and intercompany transactions.\nExperience building and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems.\nExperience working within a structured development lifecycle and introducing source control, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).\nUnderstanding of financial close processes, including journals, reconciliations, accruals and consolidations.\nAbility to use AI tools in day-to-day work.\nNice to Have\nNetSuite certification is a plus, not required.\nExperience with Workato, Celigo, Boomi or a similar integration platform.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location.
