As a Neocloud company, Nscale is developing cutting-edge, sovereign generative AI solutions powered by a new generation of high-performance, sustainable data centres and GPUs built specifically for AI workloads.\nThe rapid growth of artificial intelligence is driving unprecedented global demand for compute and GPU infrastructure. Positioned at the heart of this transformation, Nscale is delivering the platforms that will enable the next decade of innovation.\nWorking closely with the world’s most advanced AI technology providers, Nscale integrates next-generation compute hardware and GPU clusters across both partner and self-delivered facilities. This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of Nscale’s hyperscale data centre construction developments. controlling schedule.\nMonitor progress against the programme, identifying variances, critical path impacts, and emerging risks.\nLead detailed schedule analysis including critical path, float analysis, what-if scenarios, and mitigation planning.\nProactively identify risks and drive solutions to programme issues in collaboration with GCs, consultants, and internal teams to ensure delivery does not slip.\nProduce clear and accurate programme reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recovery strategies.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date programme data within Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and related planning tools.\nSupport change management by assessing schedule impacts arising from design changes, variations, and acceleration measures.\nInterface closely with project management, commercial, design, and construction teams to ensure programme integration.\nEnsure planning outputs reflect best practice for data centre, MEP-intensive, and fast-track construction environments.\nWho You Are\nA Senior Planning / Scheduling professional with c. 8+ years relevant experience and of a level where you are able to work independently\nStrong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning logic.\nExtensive hands-on experience using the likes of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.\nDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nAbility to interrogate contractor programmes and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations.\nExcellent analysis, reporting and communication skills, with the ability to present complex programme data clearly.\nWhy Work For Us\nPlay a key client-side role delivering Europe’s most advanced hyperscale and AI-focused data centre projects.\nWork within a collaborative, technically driven team environment built on autonomy and accountability.\nOpportunity to grow alongside the business as Nscale continues to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.\nFor information on how Nscale handles candidate personal data, please see our Employee & Candidate Privacy
