About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be the execution backbone of Nscale's Strategic Project Management function. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Project Management, you'll own day-to-day schedule tracking, action log management, executive briefing support, program status reporting, and our internal KPI tracking system across Nscale's active datacenter and manufacturing programs. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and keeping complex, fast-moving programs on track.

You will:

- Own integrated schedule tracking, action logs, and task management across all active programs, so no program drops or milestones slip.

- Prepare the briefing materials, pre-reads, and agendas that make every executive forum well-prepared, action-oriented, and documented.

- Maintain the KPI tracking system that gives leadership a real-time, data-backed view of how our internal support functions are performing.

- Surface risks and blockers early, and close the loop on every commitment.

Experience required: 6+ years in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination within infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments.

What You'll be Doing

- Maintain Linear/Procore as the authoritative source of task status across all active programs, keeping tasks assigned, sequenced, prioritized, and closed on cadence.

- Flag schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and delivery gaps in advance, never after the fact.

- Own the action log: assign owners, set due dates, track follow-through, and escalate overdue items with context and recommended next steps.

- Run weekly working-level program status meetings and produce concise, structured status reports that give leadership a clear view of program health.

- Track progress across VP-level strategic initiatives, surfacing blockers early so leadership has what it needs to escalate or intervene.

- Ensure organizational follow-through on commitments made in executive forums, owning the loop from commitment to confirmed completion.

- Prepare executive briefing materials, pre-reads, and agendas in support of the Director and VP, ensuring every forum is well-prepared and action-oriented.

- Maintain the internal KPI tracking system, logging response times, SLA adherence, and cycle times across Legal, Procurement, Recruitment, and other support functions (e.g., time-to-legal-review, time-to-PO-issuance, time-to-hire).

- Produce the internal performance report on cadence, flagging anomalies, deteriorating trends, and emerging bottlenecks with supporting data.

- Own data collection and accuracy for the internal feedback loop, ensuring inputs are consistent, timely, and ready for escalation to senior leadership.

- Coordinate with Legal and Procurement on outstanding action items surfaced through KPI tracking, following up on overdue reviews, approvals, and commitments.

About You

- 6+ years in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination within infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments.

- Hands-on experience with project and task management tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent, with the ability to ramp up quickly in Nscale's environment.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs without slippage.

- Strong documentation and communication skills; you write clear status reports, briefings, and escalation summaries.

- Experience supporting executive communications and briefing preparation in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working with KPI data and SLA metrics, with the ability to identify trends and surface insights from operational data.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to Have

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.

- Experience supporting datacenter, construction, manufacturing, or AI infrastructure programs.

- Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$120,000—$230,000 USD
