If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.\nAbout the Role (Job Purpose)\nWe're hiring a Systems Integration Engineer (we are open to senior engineer levels too but please bear in mind this is a hands on IC role) to design, build, and maintain the connective tissue between Nscale's rapidly expanding application landscape. As we scale from 500 to 1,000+ people and prepare for IPO, our internal systems need to work together seamlessly - not as isolated silos. \nThis is a hands-on technical role where you'll architect and implement integrations across our core business systems. You'll define integration patterns, build automation workflows, and ensure data flows reliably across the enterprise. \nWhat You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)\nIntegration Design & Implementation\nDesign and build integrations between core business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS, ITSM, project management, finance, procurement)\nImplement API-based integrations, webhooks, scheduled data syncs, and event-driven workflows\nWork with the Palantir Foundry team to enable as the primary integration platform\nBuild and maintain data transformation logic, field mappings, and validation rules\nDesign error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for production integrations\nArchitect and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.\nMaintain data consistency across entities and currencies.Lead data migration for new entities and acquisitions.\nDelivery and Partnership\nOwn the systems development lifecycle, including source control, testing and deployment.\nTranslate business requirements into documented technical solutions.Partner with external consultants on integration and platform work.\nSolution Architecture\nAct as technical advisor for integration requirements - translating business needs into technical designs\nDefine integration patterns and standards (REST APIs, webhooks, batch ETL, SCIM provisioning, SSO/SAML)\nEvaluate trade-offs between point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, and event-driven architectures\nCreate architectural decision records (ADRs) and integration documentation\nCollaborate with the Enterprise Architecture function to ensure integrations align with target state architecture\nData Quality & Governance\nEnsure data consistency across systems - single source of truth for users, customers, contracts, financial data\nBuild data validation and quality checks into integration pipelines\nIdentify and resolve data sync issues, duplicate records, and mapping errors\nWork with business owners to define data ownership and master data management rules\nTooling & Platform Evaluation\nEvaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and SaaS connectors\nConduct proof-of-concept builds to validate technical feasibility\nAssess API capabilities, rate limits, authentication methods, and webhook reliability of SaaS platforms\nMaintain awareness of integration technology landscape and emerging patterns\nOperational Support & Monitoring\nMonitor integration health - track API errors, failed syncs, data discrepancies\nBuild dashboards and alerting for integration pipelines\nTroubleshoot integration failures and implement fixes\nDocument runbooks and support procedures for production integrations\nProvide Level 2/3 support for integration-related issues\nAbout You (Skills / Qualifications)\nRequired\n4+ years hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across finance, supply chain applications\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks.\nExperience with at least one integration platform (Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Make) or custom API development\nProficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python preferred but open to JSON too)\nExperience integrating core business systems: ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Salesforce), HRIS (Workday/BambooHR), CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ATS (Greenhouse/Lever)\nSolid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and data transformation logic\nAbility to read and write SQL for data validation and troubleshooting\nStrong troubleshooting skills - comfortable diving into API logs, HTTP requests, JSON payloads\nNice to have\nExperience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data integration platforms\nBackground in solutions architecture or enterprise architecture for internal systems\nKnowledge of SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance requirements for integrations\nExperience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or recently public companies (250-2,000 employees)\nFamiliarity with data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks\nExperience with CI/CD for integration pipelines (version control, automated testing, deployment automation)\nWhat We Can Offer You\nAt Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
